- Students while going out the hostel shall intimate their absence by signing the register kept for the purpose. They shall inform the address where they are going, when they are expected back, date and time of leaving and arrival. This register will be available with the watchman of the hostel.
- Station leaving permission will be granted by the Principal on application routed through the Hostel Warden.
- Parents will give address and photographs of the local guardians. They can be maximum two in number.
- Principal and Warden should be approached for emergency leave.
- Students should sleep in their own allotted rooms. After every roll call if student leaves the room, a note should be kept on the bed indicating where she will be available.
- Hostel Warden/ House keeper will be taking surprise rounds of the rooms.
