• FRESHER’S PARTY: Fresher’s party 2016 ended with the titles of Rupali as Miss Fresher, Jyoti as Miss Personality and Anchal as MissConfidence. Several performances were done by G.N.M. students and they charmed the hearts of audiences present at the glory occasion.
  • TEACHERS DAY: With the quote “a teacher affects eternity, she can never tell where her influence stops” empowered the need of teacher’s guidance in a student’s life. Enlightening the thoughts the teachers were engaged by the students in some fun activities and the students treated them with wonderful songs and dance performances.
  • FAREWELL PARTY: Farewell party of GNM Interns became glorious with the splendid performances by the students of Grace School Of nursing. Kimmi Gudwalia was crowned as Miss Grace and Sunita as Miss Personality. Madam Veena Charya, Principal gave her blessings to the outgoing batch and ER. M.S.Reyat, administrator showered his immense love to the students.
  • CHRISTMAS FUNCTION: Christmas was celebrated with great enthusiasm supported with splendid performances and distribution of gifts to the students and faculty. Dr. Rajendra Paul , Medical Superintendent and Dr. Mrs. Neelen Paul organized lunch at their residence on the occasion.
  • INDEPENDENCE DAY:Celebration of Independence Day was done at Maple leaf hospital, Kangra as the students and faculty hosted the Indian flag and the charisma of the day was later celebrated with the patients by singing the honored National Anthem Jana-Gana-Mana.
  • INTERNATIONAL NURSES DAY: Grace School of nursing celebrated the International Nurses Day by remembering the pioneer of modern nursing, Florence Nightingale. Dr. T.D.Sharma graced the occasion and educated the students about the need of evolution in the art of nursing. Madam Veena Charya, Principal told about the importance of this day.
  • WORLD TUBERCULOSIS DAY: World tuberculosis day was celebrated at Grace School of Nursing, Kangra as a promotional workshop was held by Dr. R.K. Sood, District TB program officer. He gave a call for healthy lifestyle choices .Dr. T.D. Sharma, Director of the institute said smoking could impact TB, damage lungs and affects the immune system making them more vulnerable to TB. While Madam Veena Charya, Principal emphasized that exposure of second hand smoke increases both the risk of TB infection and development of active TB among children and adults.
  • WORLD HEALTH DAY: Celebration of the world health day 2016 started with the unfolding of the theme, “HALT THE RISE, BEAT DIABETES”. The occasion was graced by Dr. T.D. Sharma, Director of the institution, ER. M.S.Reyat, Administrator, Madam Veena Charya, Principal and the other faculty and students. Views regarding Diabetes, causes, prevention were discussed .the program ended with a note to aware the public with impending havoc of diabetes.
  • WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY: Faculty and students of Grace School of nursing celebrated environment day by cleaning the surrounding and owing to save the Mother Nature. Several samplings were also roped in the garden area of hostel block of the students.
